Tiles

With Tiles, àktapha explored the established repertoire of European new music, delving into the works of Kaija Saariaho, Giacinto Scelsi, Yann Robin, Rubens Askenar and Charlotte Seither. From motionless states to violence and stellar-inspired sonorities, this program of diverse approaches to musical creation and forms of expression came together through the intimacy that small formations of chamber-music create.
